Media credits
Updated
Media credits are for making pictures and animations with AI. Everything else is simply included in your plan: writing ideas, plans and posts, voices, finished pictures and videos, publishing and numbers.
What costs credits
- An AI picture you ask for, for a part, a shot or a thumbnail: 1 credit. The pictures we add when we write a post are included.
- An AI animation of a shot's photo: 15 credits.
Credits are only used once the picture or animation is made. One that fails or is refused costs nothing. An animation you discard has still been made, so it still uses its credits.
Every button that uses credits shows its cost, and the post shows how many credits your business has left, so there are no surprises.
Credits with your plan
- During the free trial: 100 credits for the whole trial.
- On the plan: 250 credits each billing month.
Plan credits that aren't used by the end of the month don't carry over, and neither do trial credits left when the trial ends. The billing screen shows Owners how many are left and when they renew. Everyone on the team sees what's left on each post, above the buttons that use credits.
Adding more
Only an Owner can buy more credits, on the billing screen, in packs shown there with their prices.
Bought credits are used after your plan credits, and they never expire. They're a one-time card payment and, like the plan, they aren't refunded, apart from the few cases in our terms.
If a payment for a pack is disputed with your bank, the pack's credits are taken back while the dispute is open (never more than you have left), and given back if it's settled in IndieAM's favour.
Packs can be bought once the free trial ends.
If you run out, buttons that use credits say so, and when your plan credits come back (or, in the free trial, that more can be added once it ends). Owners see Add credits; Members are told an Owner can add more.
While billing is stopped
No credits can be used, so the buttons for AI pictures and animations are hidden, but credits you bought are kept for when billing restarts. If billing stays stopped for 30 days or more, we may delete the business, and its credits with it.
